Picked up my first running blister last Friday on my long run, which has been treated to a couple of days of compeed and feels better, until my feet start to get hot when running.
So, with Friday coming round again, do I go for another long run? With/without compeed? 10k Race for Life Sunday week so I would like to get another 10k+ run in, but not if it's going to make it masses worse!
