I'd like to give this a go but still suffer from SPD and sciatica (despite my youngest being 9!) so am worried that it might exacerbate it? Day to day I'm fine but certain movements such as getting out of the car can give me 'twinges' which then take ages to settle down.
Would this be ok to do? Its usually anything that means opening my legs past a certain point that hurts - I can feel my pelvis grinding, ugh. I was wondering if I could possibly leave out any exercises like that but still get results?
