Just went out for what I hoped would be a 10km run (at least). My knee gave way at the 2 mile point. Struggled through to 3 mile/5km point and still did sub-30. Did run/walk hill intervals on the way home. However, I've got a half marathon next weekend. Feeling disheartened and my knee's still sore. Was hoping to improve my half marathon time from a few months ago. Don't think that will happen now. Sorry for long rant just coming to terms with it before starting on the washing and getting breakfast.
