Hiya all, some advice needed!
I'm reasonably fit at the moment but I would really like to up my fitness, strength and stamina.
I can run about 6 miles but am very slow - about 13 minutes per mile, and try as I might I cannot go any faster (there's some hills on my route too, I'd like to think this has something tp do with it but it probably doesn't :) ) I'm trying to do this twice a week.
I also do half an hour circuit training about 3 times a week.
I was wondering which would improve my general shape, should I stick with the running, at which I probably never improve, or up the amount of circuit training I do each week?
