Running - can anyone recommend some good earphones?

That's it really.....I need some good earphones for use when running, but there's so many, I don't know where to start. I'm using the ones that came with my phone at the minute, and they are rubbish at staying in! Thanks all.

I use ones called marshmallows - they're squashy and longer so don't fall out. Sound is fine with them. I think I got them in Currys.

I have Sennheiser PMX 80 earphones for running. I think they may have been discontinued, I can't see them on the Sennheiser site, though they might still be available elsewhere (eg Amazon). It's that bit the goes over the ears and around the back of the head that I found kept them in place really securely and comfortably, which I never really got with ordinary buds. Have always found the sound quality to be good with Sennheiser earphones too, so their similar current model (PMX 685i) might be worth a look.

Yes, I had some sennheiser ones which I lent to DH who subsequently broke them! With the bit that goes over the ears, can you still wear sunglasses comfortably?

I have some that have a little bit that goes over my ears, they are fine and stay in. Not sure what make they are or the price as dp bought them but they werent expensive.

I have these or something v similar that say JVC on them and they are comfortable, stay in place, actually fit in my ears unlike monster iPhone ones and can still wear sunglasses

not sure if that is exact model as lettering has worn off but mine are so soft I can fall asleep with them in (not while running)

I just got some yurbuds as i have major issues with ear phones falling out. I have the smallest size and to be honest think i need then slightly smaller but they are the best i have tried and did stay in for 25 mins running today.

I love my Etymotic HF2, which have a mic for use with a phone too. Not cheap though!
