Obviously trainers! But I'm not sure what else will make me feel a bit less silly than I'm worried about, but equally not like someone who has "all the gear but no idea"!
Problem is, I'll need a sports bra but I'm at least 32gg/h and I'm size 16 on a good day.
I hope that doesn't mean running is a totally bad idea and would like some help with what to wear without shelling out too much. I've got a plan to follow - just need the basic kit and I hope I'll be off.
