I'm going to a big family party in a couple of weeks and would love to wear a sleeveless dress but I'm self conscious about my upper arms.

I have hand weights up to 3kg, can anyone suggest some super quick fix exercises or websites I could use.

I know I've left it too late, hoping for a miracle cure Smile

Tricep dips and pushups as many as you can do several times a day. It may be a tad late for there to be a noticeable difference in two weeks but if you get in the habit you'll have fab arms by summer Smile

Thanks kaumana, I'll try those. I know there's no substitute for hard work Smile

Yep definately tricep dips and pull-ups, lots and lots and lots of reps of them each day, and you might just see some changes in a few weeks.

Good luck Smile

Boxing is great too. And good for any stress!

I did my first lot of dips this morning, my arms aren't strong at all so it's going to be tough.

Boxing sounds fun but I don't know anywhere near me that does it other than proper boxing gyms.

Press ups, chest press, shoulder press
These are good too (it shows kettle bells) you do it by having the weight in place of the kettle bell if that makes sense. Will also work abs!

You need to lose weight as well. No point having a mouse under your skin if it is covered by a layer of fat.

Heavier weights!
