Like, down the outside of my knee. Was v painful the first day, now, two days later it's not so bad to walk on, but sudden twisty movements, and getting up after sitting down (!) hurt!
Will it go away by itself? It came on after a gym session the other day. I think maybe my squats were too enthusiastic
I'm really bummed because I'd got a good exercise routine going and am really starting to see results!
