Toddler weight?

Would it be harmful for my 2yo DD if I bought her 0.5 soft weights to mick about when I'm exercising at home? Din't want to cause her an injury! She likes to carry around much heavier things Hmm

She tries to nick mine when I work out so I thought she could be satisfied with her own. is it a bad idea?

Also can she strain herself repeating the exercises when clearly she doesn't do them properly?

Bollocks, toddler 'weights' I meant. Her weight is fine.

If the weights are low enough relative to her strength and not large enough that dropping on her toes won't cause serious injury, then I can't see it will be any problem at all.

More likely a good thing.
