Workout DVDs for abdominal separation

So I finally went back to my post natal workout class having popped in for a bit about 17 weeks after giving birth. I stopped as I was getting twinges and it's all feeling better now that DD is almost ten months old.

However, according to the instructor I am still three cms separated. She showed me some exercises to do but as I'm going back to work end of next month, I'd like to get a DVD to do myself at home.

Pre-pregnancy I was a big Chalene Johnson fan but at the moment Turbo Fire is right out. Sad

Does anyone have any good post natal DVD workout recommendations? Thanks!

I'd recommend getting physio advice.

"Bounce Back Fast! Post Natal Core Conditioning" will close your mid line, flatten your abdomen and develop functional core strength and stability. Available on Amazon and www.befitmom.com

Thanks BeFitMom, I'd already looked into your DVD and have just ordered.

Any core excercise involving pilates should do the trick.

Just got back from my postnatal class. Gap is starting to close and the muscles are getting stronger. Yay!
