Hi all...just started exercising in last 6 Weeks and been loving
...aerobics, spin, bums and Tums and...zumba but I sort of twisted myself on wed night. yesterday I noticed myknee clicking going down some stairs and then when I bent down I felt pressure and pain and when I stood there was a huge crack. I've been taking ibuprofen and using ice but now i'm terrified i've seriously damaged myself. Does anyone have any idea what i've done or advice? I can't believe I might have to stop exercising even for a while add i've been doing so well. I'm 33 and have lost Halfa stone. Also I go to Paris for honeymoon in 3 Weeks and now I really want my knee to be ok so add not top ruin holiday. Nearly crying here...any advice :(
