Are they good for your back? And do they help to tone your legs?

I have a pair. Yes, I can certainly feel it in my calves if I've worn them all day. I'm not sure if they are good for my back or not, because fortunately I don't suffer with a bad back. But they certainly encourage you to walk differently, sort of transferring your weight from the back of your foot to the front of your foot in a smooth movement, so it feels low impact on your body. The guy in the sports shop who sold them to me swears by them... but he would do I guess Grin
