what do you think of my fitness schedule?

I'm tweaking my exercise schedule as a change in childcare/ DH's work patterns means I can fit a bit more in. My plan: 2x week before work, which will include a 30min strength class (abs/ blast or similar) followed by approx 1hr in gym. Then 2x lunchtime 'fast' classes, which will only be intense 20 mins, but with 5min walk from office to gym and back. Might try and do Shred on the other weekday, then at weekend we have general stuff with DCs, a walk, or maybe swim, although this is all at DCs' pace rather than fitness pace IYSWIM.
I'm looking to improve tone mostly, and maybe lose half a stone or so. I look OK in my clothes.... but am disheartened by jelly baby belly 2 years post last baby Blush

Sounds good to me...make sure you get an even mix of cardio and strength work in there for maximum effects.
