I've been watching those oh so healthy looking people, so fit and happy, and have decided enough is enough and i need some of that in my life.
I ran my first run today. 1 mile in 12 minutes. I thought i was dying but i plodded on and managed to do it without stopping.
I used to love sport but have become so unhealthy and unfit since having children.
