Hi, has anyone done this. It is so out of character for me to book anything like this, as I am completely unsporty, and a health and safety freak, but this sounded so good that I booked a session for me and dh. I am now getting slightly cold feet wondering if it is completely out of my league. Has anyone done it? If so, could you please give me a low down on it? For example, do you have to have great upper body strength, also, what did you wear? And, of course; would you recommend it?
