I'm thinking of getting one of these but can't decide on which model, do any of you have one which you'd recommend?

I've got the 410 and love it.
I was a little worried about the size of it, but it's fine even on my slim wrist.
It comes with a plastic strap attached, which I found stiff and uncomfortable, but it also comes with two differently sized velcro straps. I changed to the smaller ones of those and find it much more comfortable.
(There is a video on youtube showing clearly how to change the straps.)

The watch gives me running time, distance, average pace for the current mile/kilometer, heart rate if you use the monitor that comes with it, etc.
When you've finished your run you can download the information easily onto your pc and using their site, you can see the route you took, a break down of your speed, heart rate and elevation etc.
You can also compare different, but similar runs.
It allows you to plan training runs, but I haven't got as far as trying that function yet, along with any other of the many complicated things it can doubtless do!

Anyway, I find it very motivating and would highly recommend it.

I have the ladies version of the Garmin 110. It's a great fit and measures distance, speed, time. It came with a Heart rate strap which I haven;t used yet. It also has various other functions like laps and alarms and the like but like ruthchan I haven't got round to figuring those out! I'm not terribly techinically minded but found this fairly simple to use.
