There seem to be loads on the apple store, which one is the best?
New to running - treadmill not outside - as I'm a newly single mum with no babysitter, thanks for advice!

I did the one by "bluefin" it had a name change and I think it's now "ease into 5". I liked it, Didnt crash, Good gps feature etc. I think they're all pretty much the same though- good luck

Oh, sorry, you don't need gps if you are on a treadmill!

Thank you! I downloaded the "5k runner" free one, just did the first walk/run, seems ok so far :)
I will bookmark yours too!

I also like run keeper which you can log everything you do; it has a playlist and you can link it into some incentive website and get points for exercising. Plus you can buy a special adaptor and connect your iPhone to a heart rate monitor (if you like that sort of thing ?). I'm a big sucker for apps- I think I must be apples favourite customer hehe. I've had it a while though and there may be better apps than it now

I use runkeeper when I'm out on my bike (well I did before I couldn't get out!) and really liked it after the bugs had been fixed!

Podrunner intervals!

I use the "get running" one. Does anyone have any recommendations for a 5-10k one?
