Shred/ripped alternative

Gillian seems to hate my knees! Have seen a physio and made sure I'm doing everything correctly and my knees are still screaming. Are there any other intense but short exercise DVDs that are recommended?

It wasn't so bad when I did it the first time round, but my knees are suffering now, even leaving out some of the worst lunges. I think it's old age in my case!

I love doing it but my knees can't take it and I never had svproblrm with them before. I have decent trainers but I don't think it helps doing it on a tiled floor but that's where the tv is!
Was looking at some of the 10 minute solution ones on Amazon, they seem to have good feedback and are cheap!

10 minute solution is good, but mostly nowhere near as demanding as the Shred. I fear the 10 minutes is more to attract the erm less motivated types than because 10 minutes would be sufficient as an intense workout.
