Has anyone used this and had some success with it? I went for a trial recently at a 'movers and shakers' and which just does power plate classes - they were telling me it is brilliant but obviously they're trying to sell me membership... Would be interested to hear any experiences.

I love it. Did it off and on before DC and now I go about 2-3 times/month or whenever I feel I've plateaued doing my regular routine.

It's hard work but my arms and legs look amazing if I do say so myself! Grin

the first and second time the results were AMAZING and felt it working for days after.. then it stopped working - quite quickly! which was annoying because I'ld bought a whole course of it!

Shredded, I agree with you. I find it's better if I do it as an extra every now and again. Best results for me are 2 weeks in a row and then no PP for a month. I keep up my regular cardio and toning routine throughout though

oh come on this is just a gimmick, I just checked the website and read the pseudo science gob shiite that supposedly makes it work.

Save your money sit on the washing machine while it spins Grin
