Scales lie. I stood on the same ones three times in a row and got a different weight each time. And muscle weighs more than fat. You would be better off getting a tape measure and measuring your waist, thighs, chest, arms etc and comparing them each week.

Ok I believe you, didn't even think of measuring myself before I started but I've found the tape measure and put the biscuits away!

Now I'm not sure which numbers I'm more upset by, my weight or measurements!

I've lost just over a stone and appear to have reached a plateau. Have been shredding for just over a week and haven't lost a jot! My weight loss was slowing down but I have never gone a week without any weight loss.

I have lost 1 inch across my bust but gained a inch across my back and a inch on my waist. Not sure what is going on!

Yes, if you google images of before and after of shred, then you see the charts people have done

I'm measuring myself today and getting someone to take 'before' pics of me. Then after 30 days I can compare the pics and measurements

Scales do lie! pink is right!

I'm not brave enough for photos but I've found a pair of trousers that I'm going to use as they are a bit tight on the thighs and bum I think when the fit better I'll feel better.
Are you all doing the diet too?

Doing my own diet. Low carbing best I can but moving house soon so don't want to be getting in too much food. People doing shred have said the scales don't move much, something to do with turning fat to muscle and it being heavier
