Can I assume that if DD has energy to whinge about how often she washes her hair & what I wear she isn't exercising too much & getting over tired?

She is a teenager (14) & does lots of too much exercise

I'm tying to guess how much "too much" & I suggested that if she "has energy to whinge about how often she washes her hair & what I wear" I don't need to worry too much yet.................but often MN knows better than me
