Anyone running London marathon?

Have never run London, but have run two others. Come over to the running thread, you'll be very welcome.

Ange, have you run a marathon before???

no just the GNR (half) and that was a few years ago. I have spent the last 4/5 months dragging myself painfully to being able to run comfortably for a few miles. Best ever run last week @ 14 miles. I'm a plodder though :)

I'm aiming for the Intermediate but not really at that standard yet - I'll be delighted with sub 5h.
