Ace of spades. No really. Good rhythm. Or forget you. I was singing aloud (very loudly) along to this one and startled the folks at the bus stop. I was using the original words. Oops.

at the moment I'm listening to moves like jagger a lot when I run. I fought the law is a good running song and little china girl - good strong beats. I'm downloading ace of spades for my next run now!

trance music is v good for running, just the right speed 140 bpm.
try DJ Tiesto or Chicane.

hi kunahero :) Armin Van Buuren's State of Trance annual compilations are also a good starter. Ministry of Sound do running mix comps but they are too housey for my taste - I found a compilation on Spotify called Born to Run: mostly more trancy stuff - standout tracks Mercy by Super8 and Tab, Harvest Moon by Dan Stone.
