Best exercises for midriff and breasts?!

Ds is now 8 months and I really want my body back to how it used to be. But I've gone a bit of a weird shape lol.

I've still got the really skinny arms and legs but I have slight excess on my belly and absolutely massive breasts! I plan on joining the gym this month, what sort of exercises and equipment is best for me? I want to do some at home too but live in a first floor so exercise DVD's are out!

Any suggestions/advice would be most welcome, thank you! :)

Can I add my plea to Caffeine's? I too am desperate to try and sort out my core. Anything to help tone my tummy and strengthen my back really.

And me.

For those of you that can use a DVD - nothing is better for the midriff (& boobs) than Jillian Michael's 30 day shred DVD.
For Caffine - press ups (are amazing for boob lift) and then things for core: - abs exercises - ab curls, standing twists, plank (best to put in ab exercises on the web & it'll give you a list)

I would also recommend Jillian Michaels 30 day shred to start off with and you also definitely have to watch what you eat.

I am now doing the Beach Body Chalean Extreme dvds which requires heavy weights or resistant bands, it works the whole body, tightens the core and helps build muscles which require a lot of calories to maintain so you get to eat more food.

Go over to myfitnesspal, the community is great and you can get a lot of support there too.

you could try resistance training to make your arms & legs less skinny (by building & firming the muscles) exercises which work your chest muscles can give a slight breast uplift effect

Try Pilates. It's all about strengthening & toning the core and upper body (as well as thighs and bottom!), so will work on stomach muscles and pecs.
