I have recently started the C25K plan and have completed week 6 run 1.
I have an historical problem with pain in my back on the right hand side below my shoulder blade. This can flare up at any time and did so when I started to run.
I am trying to concentrate on my posture, but now I feel knackered all over!
My neck and shoulders are feeling strained and my back just feels bad.
Is there anything i can do? Is it my technique or posture?
I am so enjoying running, but it seems to be putting too much strain on my body.
