It's an online programme to help with post natal exercise- has anyone used it/know of it? It's not cheap so I wanted some opinions before I sign up.
thanks.

Only just noticed this question Jocesar. I love doing Ready Steady Mums and would really recommend it. It works out far cheaper than the gym... especially since you don't pay babysitting fees.... plus you do it when you like.... which means I actually do it!!! Hope this is helpful. Enjoy it if you decide to sign up too!

I am a Ready Steady Mums volunteer and therefore co-ordinate one of the weekly sessions in the park for the members, which i love doing. The program itself is fantastic as i have seen some great results from members who have been coming to our local session in Garratt Park - they are all looking great and have very happy babies who really love the fresh air and catching up with their mates! I think its great value for money when you compare what you would pay for a personal trainer by the hour, it is pretty social too as we usually go for a coffee after a session with all the mums. My advice: Join today.

Hi there, I am signed up to this as well and have found it really good,I am working my way through the sessions at home at my own pace and I also go to the sessions in the park which I really enjoy and helps to keep me motivated. I would definitely recommend it.
