Basically thats it...Only been running for last 11weeks, was up to 45mins, slow paced but not been able to go for last week due to chest infection.
I'm not sure whats the best thing to do....wait another few days till I'm fully better or try tonight? This staying in thing is so getting to me and its not helping the weight issue either.

Advice needed whats the best thing to do? Wait till better or go and try now when still not 100%

If you want to go, I would but go very slowly and only reckon to do a short run - 15 minutes ish. Stop if you feel short of breath or ill and walk instead.

It is frustrating but you will get back there, and soon. Well done so far!

Be careful cupcake. I ran too soon after an illness and twisted my ankle on the run, ended up off the road for 4 weeks !!!
Prob best to mwait another week and avoid the risk of injury.

I actually went yesterday for a run...managed 30mins but was a struggle. Chest hurt afterwards which for me isn't normal. Today I have ached and been so tired, which is also not usual as my body was becoming used to it.

I am scared I will loose my fitness and as this is all new to me i'm not sure how fast this will happen or how fast I will need to rebuild it. I think maybe not going again for a couple more days would be the best option.
