Quick way to lose 6lb in 2 weeks?

Off on hols in 2 weeks I am going to look so flabby by the pool, my lovely mum is going and she has a much better figure that me!! Help does anyone have a quick fix?

Cabbage Soup Diet. I lost 6lb in one week (and i have been on a strict diet for 18 months so not masses to lose). DH lost a stone Shock

Works for me! No one thing banned and therefore craved, just less of everything except exercise!

Dukan diet.

Nowt but low fat meat and eggs.

Ham/chicken/eggs/beef every meal. Plenty of water. Oat bran made into porridge, and 0 % fat yoghurt or cottage cheese.

No fruit/salad/veg

The problem of course, is that you will loose your 6lb in 2 weeks, but after 2 days of holiday food and drink you will have put it back on again.
