I need to lose 6 stone!
I have been ignoring things for years, knowing that I need to lose 'some' weight, but not admitting how much. Now I have to face facts and actually go on a diet and start doing proper exercise.
Reading these threads has helped me realise that it can be done.
I have just ordered the 30-day shred dvd, I am going to dig out my running stuff and do the couch to 5k and go on a diet.
I am writing it down here because it helps me to admit that I actually do need to do it and just because I look ok in some clothes and my husband doesn't think I'm a minger it doesn't mean it's not bad for me. I am knackered all the time for no reason, and this can't be helping.
