That's it really - can run and run in the veening and shred with the best of them but in the morning feels like complete torture.
I can do 10k without it being too horrific in the evening but in the morning i find it hard to do anything over 5 - 6 without wanting to pack it in.
Gove me tips please ladies. Do I just start exercising in the morning more or will some sort of food help me first thing??
Am doing a 10k run soon and is inthe morning and I know I can do it but my poor body will hate it as it starts at 9.30am!
