With work/home commitments etc I find that I have just 3 (max 4) days per week that I can go to the Gym. These are generally for an hour each time.
What would be the best programme to follow to ensure I am getting the most out of these hours? Last night I did 30 mins on weights, 10 mins x-trainer, 10 mins bike and 10 mins treadmill. Im new to the Gym so not sure if this way is the most advantageous in a quest to get the 'body beautiful'
