Okay, started C25K and now have a really painful hip. Hip itself is not clicking or anything like that so I suspect it is muscle strain. ANyone know of an good exercises to help it? HAve stopped running at the moment becuase whilst I can do it, I am crippled afterwards and it is painful to walk (its a bit like stitch only slightly lower on the hip and feels like it is bruised, but it isn't). I want to get back to running so any help gratefully received.
