I'm looking for a dvd recommendations which will sort my legs out, I'm not overweight but my legs are decidedly dodgy.
Or should I just buy a skipping rope ? Confused

Do you mean they're just weak or unstable ankles, knees?

IslaValargeone · 23/04/2011 17:15

No I mean they look shite.
I am approaching this from a shallow vain angle, rather than help me with my damaged tendons Blush I wish to get them in shape. I am not overweight, but all my body weight seems to gather below my thighs.

Regular sessions of squats, lunges, running, stair master (not necessarily all together), job done Grin if only it was as easy as it is to write it down!

Running really helps. I started about 6-8 weeks ago and the first thing I noticed was that my bum felt lifted and legs more toned. It's hard work but worth the effort. I can actually see the difference now, I have a bum and legs and not just begs! (or a lum)

Ah lifted bum and toned legs as opposed to begs or a lum, now you're talking my language.
I'm sure I do lunges and squats wrong. I shall start with a gentle joglet then, thankyou ladies.
