Any suggestions? I just want all round general fitness and toning. Difficult to go to the gym because of small children and a DH that works long hours.

SHRED. It's brilliant for toning.

Either that or Davina's ones. I prefer them - longer, but more of a warm up and cool down and feel like I've had a proper work out.

SHRED just scares me! Grin

It's honestly not that scary once you get a few days in. And it WORKS

Shred is great. I'm on day 21 and tried level 1 again. Amazed that I could do it. So chuffed with my muscles!!!

I'll hold your hand if you like, just ordered my copy.........Eeeek!

Bought one last year and gave to a friend after one try as it was painful. Now I am going to the gym about 5 times a week so I think I may do a better job. I really miss doing anything on the evenings that I don't exercise (DH is out usually so this is ideal as can do when the kids in bed). Plus I really need to work on my abs and core muscles as crunches and reverse crunches absolutely kill me at circuit classes and I want to keep up with everyone elseBlush
