I've decided that I've been low down on my list of priorities for far too long so I'm doing somehting about it. I've just found out after 7 years
that there is a free gym in work which no-one hardly uses (quite small, new equipment, great when no students about] so I've decided to take advantage as well as start the C25K now I've got the app on my smartphone. Question is would 30 mins in the gym (10 mins bike, 10 mins treadmill, 10 mins row) be enough? I'm looking more for general fitness and to get down to ideal weight (5ft 6 and 11st at moment need to be around 9.5) Don't want to waste my time in the gym so need to make sure what I'm diong along with starting running will be worth it.
