is it one programme by one person, if that makes sense?

is it aerobic exercise or slower?

is it easy to follow?

How long is it and how often do you have to do it?

will it do something for my bingo wings, saddlebags and inner thighs?

I'd love to tell you all about it but my DVD still has the cellophane wrapping on it Blush I will get round to it one day. There are a few threads on here about it though, and it seems to be highly recommended, which is why I bought it the first place. And at £7 I figured it was worth the risk :)

Take a read through the reviews on Amazon - should answer your questions! Sorry I don't have time to write a fuller response.

It's 20 mins a day/most days, 3 levels, approx 10 days each level or till it feels a bit easier. Each level has the "easy" way and the proper hard core way. You will ache the first few days. It's a mix of cardio, strength and abdominal exercises. Pretty easy to follow Jillian the instructor.
Had never done an exercise DVD before, but have now done a couple of months of the Shred. I love and hate it, but my arms are toned now and I can fit into my old clothes, without dieting. Feel stronger and have more energy.
Oh and you need hand weights, but could start off with tins/bottles of water.
Hope that helps.
There's an ongiong thread in Big/slim whatever.
