a weighted hula hoop

Now what the bloody hell do i do with it?! I am keen on keeping fit and up until recently ran regularly. I still run but find it very difficult due to pain in chest

So i thought i would try something new and ended up purchasing a hula hoop and a skipping rope. My bike is at the bike shed being fixed so i can start using that, so hopefully will be fit agin soon.
so anyway what do i do with the hula hoop?
