now im working shifts i am finding it a real struggle to fit gym time in to my week, i enjoyed running but found it boring alone all the time. DD wont come with me - too embarrassed to run with mum!
dh says he will start running with me - he has gained weight and id be happy to find something to do together, but he has quite bad occupational asthma.
i suggested the couch to 5k system to build up slowly, the last time he did the bleep test with me he nearly keeled over...
is it a good idea for him to try a gentle introduction to running like this do you think?
does anyone else run with asthma or is it just a bad idea?
