A good bra! I tend to wear a vest top and cropped jogging bottoms.

oh god im so fat :( i want to wear a tent

I'm fat too! It's the only place I wear something above my ankles as I hate having my legs on show. Wear what ever you feel comfortable in, just make sure it's light clothing. I sat next to someone wearing a fleece once, she had to leave the class because she got to hot and had nothing under it to strip down too!

one of DPs T shirts and some leggings do?
