Hi guys,
At my local gym there are various cycle classes available, group cycling, RPM & Adidas cycle zone (or something like that).
I tried the group cycling the other week, I enjoyed it, but could not keep up and kept my gears really low throughout. I will be going back again, but I just wondered about the other classes?
Anyone done different cycle classes? Whats the difference between each one? Is there one better for beginners like me??
