Hi posting to help dh. He has agreed to do a 5km run on the 17th April for the Air ambulance.
He has not yet started training as we have only just managed to afford his trainers.
Obviously it is not very far away.
Can I get some exercise suggestions like how many times a week should he run, how long for and tips for the day please.
He hasnt exercised properly for years but is a slim built healthy 29 year old.
TIA
