Any recommendations? I have one which goes round the top of my arm but it rubs and is rather painful! No pockets in my stuff either, what do you use?

I have one for my mp3 that clips to the top of my trousers, do you have a local sports superstore-type place you could have a rummage round?

or a bumbag? Grin

Ahh how annoying - I feel for you!

Maybe I should transfer stuff onto one of those little MP3 players then I can just clip it onto my trousers....

I think a bumbag would bounce around (as well as look scary :o ) a bit much perhaps?

Will have a look in sports shop, just wondered if there were any recommended ones as my current one looked fine until I actually used it and then it took 5 layers of skin off! Ouch!

Try wearing your armband a bit higher/lower and tighter/looser.

I have all of my music on my iphone, but for running I use one of those tiny ipod shuffles that takes 500 songs - much easier. I tuck it into my bra.

ILoveTiffany I feel your pain - my iphone needed a new screen within weeks of my getting it ..... £139.

I got one for my HTC desire from Morpeth mobiles (no connection). It's called a tune belt and made of neoprene - goes round my upper arm and doesn't irritate - I'm sure they do something similar for iphone

I use an urban tool sportholster, i find it really useful for keeping my phone, keys and mp3 player in it.

I use one like this. It came with an armband too, but I found it a bit bulky. I just clip it straight onto my waistband. The case is quite rugged, so even if it fell (which it never has) it would be well protected.
