Anyone got it on DVD, or know where I can get a copy?

Yes! I have it on video but can't find it on DVD. I'm guessing somebody has transferred it.

No it isn't on DVD and only video. If you have a video recorder and dvd you can transer - ask in tec bits how to do it

earwicga · 02/01/2011 20:29

Thanks. Will ask around and find out how to do it.

a freind did my videos this summer for my dd's birthday and my parents wedding.

he set it up to play on the tv from his video and then placed a record dvd in the dvd set and recorded it - its just time consuming

Ah, that would make sense. When I get a break from eating chocolate I'll do that ;)

I was told that you shouldn't use exercise DVDs from the 80s anymore, because they recommend some things that have since been found to be damaging. Maybe use something a bit more up-to-date like Davina or the Shred?

Thanks for the advice singingcat, I've been doing them since the 80s and JF is one of the safest ones imo. Davina is great too. Lots of the celebrity ones don't contain any safety instructions and are really damaging. Cher's one needs to be taken with a large piece of salt!

It was the size of the shoulder pads that where damaging

LOL!
