I lost 4 stone this year and was training 4-5 times a week and loving it. Eating a healthy 3 meals a day, good food, green tea etc, wasnt missing out on anything as not dieting. Managed to get back into a size 8-10 for holidays 
But I seem to have lost all motivation, its dark and cold at night and I cant be arsed to go to the gym, I am not even walking to school every day due to the rain.
Two nights this week I have stayed home and eaten chesse and crackers followed by something sweet and naughty.
Have put 2lbs on this week alone and it will be more if I carry on.
How can I get my motivation back and is it just the whole winter thing? I wouldnt mind but I have to be back in a bikini in 4 months
