Whats the best way of dealing with it ?

I am a regular runner, but have recently upped my mileage in preparation for the Great North Run in a week and a half... EEK !

and I'm finding I am getting sweaty under my bra strap and have a lovely big red scab to prove it Grin.

Anyone any suggestions ?
thanks

Vaseline? Bit late I know. Hope your GNR went well though!

To help with your post-GNR running - i've used micropore tape under my bra strap too.

lanacane is very good

Look on wiggle for sportslube!

Its gone ... eventually.

Copious amounts of Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream. Its like lanisoh (the nipple cream) but a lot more ££ Grin

I'm pleased with the run, 2hrs 5 mins, not my PB but the GNR isn't the run to try and improve as theres too many people all trying to do the same.

Time to scale down and back down to more manageable distances I think !
