I reached week 9 last week and have been doing the same route all this week. I am looking for some direction as to where I should go now.

I have a Parkrun just down the road so am doing that on Saturday morning.

My sister has recommended doing some interval training - she likes the Serena Williams programme - but are there any other good ones?

I was thinking about doing the 5k to 10k programme but I don't necessary want to increase my distance yet - I am finding that my 30mins run plus warm up/cool down fits in with family life and it would be difficult to regularly go out longer than that. I am also still finding a 30 min run difficult so want to get better!

Well done! It's such an achievement.

I'm interested in the answer too, I did it a few years ago and ended up bored and then stopped after a year.

Maybe if I'd entered a few 5K races to keep me on my toes and give me something to aim for would of made a difference. I don't know

I have since re-started and am on week 4 and now go with a friend to try and keep me motivated.
