ive wanted to join a gym for ages but not convinced i'd go enough for it to be worth it

recently discovered a gym close to me where its pay as you go. Peak and off peak times are still quite pricey, but before 9am and weekends only £3 per time so gunna see how it goes

I started swimming in the municipal pool and it was costing £3.95 per swim which over 4-5 days was adding up - I did this for two weeks and found that the pool wasn't always open when I wanted to swim and I had to walk back across either a dark carpaprk or a path which was unlite in the summer- so went to see a local gym and joined on the spot and knew that I had to go to warrent paying the money

i still go to the gym 5 times a week it is just under £16 per week

They facilities are clean and dry and they supply hairdryers and tissues and nice big lockers along with a sauna, spa batha nd 20foot pool. The there are around 10-12 classes per day and 23 spin classes a week to chooose from - all included

Saturday I swam, sunday spin, monday spin, rest today rest wednesday and thursday spin and friday gym and weights for me - plus I can swim two or three lenghts if I want after spin as it is all included - or sit in the spa bath

yes worth every penny and I don't drink or smoke
