I've been feeling very weak after working out and want to get a protein shake.
I tried some diet pills recently which made me feel quite sick, and I read reviews where people said they felt very anxious I have also been feeling quite on edge and stressed so I'm wondering if it is related. Has anyone else experinced anything like this?
Anyway I have been looking at diet fuel shake, but read bad reviews about their diet pills. So now I feel very cautious.
I defintly feel like I need a boost to help me to work out more. But alot of the shakes are around £40 and I would prefer to spend around £20 if possible.
