I have about three stone to loose and I am very very unfit.
I have 2.5 twin boys so going on any outdoor running / walking thing is going to be impossible.
So I thought perhaps a bike that I could keep in the spare room and slowly build up my fitness level when they nap / after bed time etc.
So - do you have a bike? Any recommendations? Do they all end up as clothes horses in the end and am I kidding myself?
