Has everyone applied to remain in the UK if you're not a UK citizen?

Just wondering whether you have all applied to remain and how that went, or whether you'll be making alternative arrangements post Brexit?

I'm EU citizen living 16 years in UK marraige to British for 11 years. I applied for Permanent residence just after brexit referendum. I can have dual citizenship so I plan to apply for a naturalisation as soon as possible at the moment preparing for Life in Uk test.
Altgough my work involve contact with people from my country and lots:
-talking about going back to their native country
-can't afford to apply
-have insufficient level of English

My country of birth doesn't allow dual citizenship. Now I realize that I don't actually want the British one really.

@Natsku my mother (non-EU) also got ILR around that time (it was free at the time) but I assume your mother is EU.

If she has not yet applied for citizenship, and she can have dual nationality with her current citizenship, that's probably the way to go. Because my DM is non-EU, she applied in about 2010 for UK citizenship to allow her to move about the EU freely (insert hollow laugh here). I think she may have waited till she was too old to have to do the Life in the UK test (or maybe they hadn't brought it in then).

To add to this, she does NOT need Settled Status if she was here before 1973:

She'll need to still have her passport stating ILR though.

She's never wanted to apply for citizenship (used to not be allowed and although its allowed now). Seems then from that link she doesn't need to apply for settled status as she has ILR (hopefully she still has her passport from then!)
